On August 11 2009, 1530 Taipei local time, an NASC UH-1H helicopter with registration No. NA502 conducted research and rescue mission from Nei-Pu Senior high school to I-La village. There were 3 flight crewmembers on board. The aircraft crashed at cruise phase near I-La village with 3 fatalities.¡@
