Subject: China Airlines (CAL) Flight CI 5233 B747-400 Cargo was landed at Taoyuan International Airport. The airplane was carried out ground inspection, belly skins were subject to substantial damage.

Descript: On March 04, 2010, about 0638 Taipei time(March 03, 2010, 1338 local time), a Boeing 747-400 freight, B-18723, flight #CI5223,from  Anchorage International Airport, U.S.A. to Taoyuan International Airport, Taiwan, R.O.C. The pilot experienced stick shaker warning during took off roll. The airplane back to normal after engine thrust was increased to the maximum setting.
The airplane was landed at Taoyuan International Airport at 1648 Taipei time. The mechanic carried out ground inspection and found the airplane¡¦s belly skins were subject to substantial damage.
